The Abana (Kastamonu) Sewerage Final Project encompasses the systematic disposal of wastewater generated within the district boundaries and the resolution of stormwater issues in certain areas through a newly designed stormwater drainage network.

Within the scope of the project, wastewater collected from the network and collector lines in the residential area will be transported through pumping lines to a point where Ezine Creek flows into the sea. At this location, a deep-sea discharge system will be implemented to remove the wastewater.

The deep-sea discharge project for the Abana district was tendered by İller Bank A.Ş., and the design works have been successfully completed.
