The Ankara İncek Martyr Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz Boulevard was incorporated into the road network on October 14, 2020, upon a request from the Supreme Court Presidency, and survey activities were initiated by the General Directorate of Highways. The project covers an approximately 1.5 km section between the Ahlatlıbel Junction on the Ankara-Konya State Road and the existing TED College Junction on the boulevard.
The main purpose of the project was to regulate traffic with an underpass on the 2×3 divided road adjacent to the Supreme Court Presidency campus. The junction consists of a 500-meter-long underpass, including 155 meters of a closed section, as well as separation-merge lanes and connection arrangements, totaling 1,435 meters in length.
The geological and geotechnical designs for the Supreme Court Underpass were completed by our firm, and the underpass has been successfully opened for service.
